Teaching Hatha Yoga: The Summer Slow Down

...Lets face it, Yoga teachers who live in Northern climates have been looking forward to a break from the winter chill. Your Yoga students have also been looking forward to the warm weather and they want to take a vacation. What can Yoga teachers and Yoga studios do to compensate for the Sumer slow Down?

You have taught your Yoga students about empowerment all year, but some students may not return to your regular classes, without a reminder. Many north Americans take a couple of weeks off in july and some summer vacations will be planned for August. asana - Yoga Poses Or Something Else? Find Out!

...ry of Yga in the world.

But, what is an asana after all? asana is the corporal technique that, for many people, is the most prevalent stereotype of Yoga. It is possible to photograph yoganidra, film pranayama or demonstrate mudra but it is of little. As a result of these facts, this anga has ended up being the one which is most well-known.

sana is corporal technique, yes, but it is not exclusively corporal. It has nothing to do with gymnastics or physical education. Its origins are different,...more

The Advantages Of A custom Golf club Set

... golf clubs is not a good investment for you. Your money is better spent on lessons so that you can improve your swing. There is nothing that a custom built set of golf clubs will do for many golfers with a handicap of 20 or higher.

Yes, they will look nice and be consistent, but the golf club that you swing will not matter until you become consistent with your specific golf swing. The most important thing about a golf club is that you feel comfortable swinging it and you have confidence in the club in your hand.
