You may see spectacular improvement after four or 5 drills. Being able to dribble and shield the ball is critical. Your players will have a lot more self-confidence and will play with more enthusiasm if they realize they can dribble and protect the ball. One of the peachy items about the "Dribble Across A square match" is that it is self teaching and playing the match teaches players how to control dribble, fastness dribble, shield the ball and twist.

In short it just makes sense to teach aggressive play and your squad will thank you for it.
